RNLI Annual General Meeting 2025

Please note: Joint Governors will need to RSVP separately if both Governors wish to vote.

In the week before the event you will receive an email with joining instructions. If you haven’t received this email by Friday 13 June, please check your junk email folder before contacting [email protected].

Only Governors are eligible to vote at the AGM, but supporters, volunteers and staff can express their interest in attending as well.

To register for this, please email your name and supporter details to [email protected] by Wednesday 4 June. Spaces are limited so seats will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

For those of you who can’t make it to London, we have made provisions for the AGM to be streamed online.

In line with our Bye-Laws, the online stream will only allow you to watch the meeting. You won’t be able to vote or ask questions if you join us online.

To watch online, simply revisit this page just before 2pm on Wednesday 18 June and you will be directed to the live stream.

If the required quorum is not reached at the AGM, the meeting will be adjourned to 2pm on Thursday 26 June at the RNLI Support Centre, Poole. 

If this is the case, RSVP information will be available on this web page on Thursday 19 June.

A recorded version of the Charity Report will be available on this web page shortly after the AGM or the adjourned AGM, as appropriate.
