The Mumbles Raft Race is backed by Travel house
The Mumbles Lifeboat Crew Association (MLCA) is pleased to confirm that Travel House, who have 16 branches across South Wales, has been named the headline sponsor of the 2025 Mumbles RNLI Raft Race.
Founded in Swansea over 30 years ago, Travel House has long supported local causes. Their contribution to this year’s race reflects their deep roots in the area and ongoing commitment to community involvement.
Amy Lewis, Regional Sales Manager at Travel House, said:
'We’re really proud to be involved in this year’s Mumbles RNLI Raft Race. It’s such a brilliant community day, and it means a lot to us to support the volunteers at The Mumbles RNLI who are always there when people need them most.
'We’ve built strong relationships with our customers over the years, something reflected in our 4.9/5 Tripadvisor rating – it’s one way we can give back to the community that’s supported us.'
'The raft race is a fantastic day for the village and an important fundraiser for our station. We’re grateful to Travel House for supporting this year’s event.'
The 2025 Mumbles RNLI Raft Race will take place on Saturday 16 August, 12pm, at Knab Rock, right on Mumbles seafront. The race is free to watch on the brand new Mumbles Prom!
