Multi agency response

Launching into good visibility and slight seas the volunteer crew of inshore lifeboat (ILB) Craig Steadman quickly made their way to the scene. Locating the casualty in the water, the crew ensured he was ok before asking him to return to the shore. Complying with their request the casualty was transferred to the boathouse into the safe care of North Wales police and passed to North Wales Ambulance Service for further assessment.

A full multi agency shout with additional support from both Barmouth Coastguard rescue and Barmouth Community First responders.

The crew returned ILB Craig Steadman to the station where she was washed down and readied for service.
