Lifeboats News Release

Have you ever wondered how it feels to be a member of a RNLI lifeboat crew? Or just what happens on a lifeboat call out?

RNLI

Troon RNLI Lifeboat Station Open Day 2025
Well, there’s an opportunity to see behind the scenes at the lifeboat station, on Saturday 26 July 2025 from 11am until 4pm, as the station opens its doors to the public for our Open Day.

Tour the lifeboat station, see our new RNLI Shannon class all-weather and D class inshore lifeboat and meet our volunteer crew. You’ll be able to ask all your questions about the invaluable work our crews do and just what it takes to face the elements.

Hope to see you there!
