Family and friends gathered on the weekend to celebrate the christening of Enzo Cosheril, whose father Steven Cosheril is an active voluntary member of the Alderney RNLI crew. The island’s Vicar lead the ceremonial baptism, which was the first to ever take place in the Alderney RNLI station.

Steven Cosheril said ‘As a family we really wanted the RNLI to play a prominent part in our son’s ceremony. We were blessed to hold Enzo’s christening in the Alderney lifeboat station. It meant so much to me, as his father and an active crew member of the Alderney lifeboat, to share this special moment surrounded by our family and friends. It certainly was a day to remember.’
