Partnership discounts
Helly Hansen discount weekends
As part of our 5-year partnership with clothing brand Helly Hansen, RNLI volunteers and staff can take advantage of two discount weekends each year for full price items on Helly Hansen and HH Workwear.
Reminders and FAQs are shared on the Volunteer Zone news, in our Volunteer Facebook Group and in your usual RNLI communications around 2 weeks before the discount weekends to make sure you don’t miss out.

The RNLI and aquapac strongly encourage people to take a means of calling for help and keep it within reach at all times. RNLI volunteers can access a 20% year-round discount by heading to the aquapac website.
Cycleplan Bike insurance
Whether you ride for leisure, commute to work or train for your next big challenge, the RNLI have teamed up with Cycleplan to offer 65% off your policy premium through today for added peace of mind.
dryrobe®
Powered by our shared love of the water, dryrobe® and the RNLI have joined forces in a 3-year partnership from October 2022 and are offering a 15% year-round discount to all RNLI volunteers.
Finisterre
As part of the RNLI + Finisterre collaboration, Finisterre want to give all RNLI volunteers 20% discount off purchases*.
10% of all sales from the RNLI + Finisterre range are donated back to the RNLI. *Terms and conditions: Available on full priced purchases, not to be used in conjunction with any other offer, on sale or gift voucher purchases.
Ford Advantage Programme
As a partner of Ford UK, all RNLI staff and volunteers have access to the Ford Advantage programme. The programme entitles all RNLI staff and volunteers to £750 discount at all Ford dealerships. This discount can be claimed in addition to any deals made directly with the dealership. Simply let your local Ford Dealer know you work for an eligible Ford Advantage organisation and they will apply your exclusive Ford Advantage Customer Saving to your invoice. You will need to provide evidence of your association with the RNLI, which can be either an RNLI photo ID, a headed letter from a community manager/support centre (dated within the last three months) advising of your RNLI role.
GJW Direct
The RNLI and leading marine insurer, GJW Direct, are in a partnership that aims to save lives.
RNLI volunteers and staff can enjoy a 10% discount on all insurance premiums by heading to gjwdirect.com and entering the code.
Golf Care Insurance
The RNLI have teamed up with Golf Care, the UK's leading Golf insurance specialist to bring you a special offer. Get 30% off annual cover, plus 6 free Titleist ProV1s and 3 free rounds of golf with every new policy, from £27.72 per year.
Grangers
Grangers is a company at the forefront of developing innovative products designed to protect and extend the life of outdoor clothing.
As part of our partnership, Grangers will provide the RNLI with best-in-class cleaning and reproofing solutions, ensuring RNLI lifesavers stay dry and protected as they save lives at sea in a demanding environment.
Grangers are offering RNLI volunteers and staff 40% off their range of products.
Osprey Europe
Osprey Europe has offered all RNLI staff and volunteers the opportunity to sign up for their PRO discount scheme, which offers 40% off full-price products; this is part of their ongoing efforts to support search and rescue organisations.
Those with an RNLI email address can sign up for a PRO account:
- Go to Create an account.
- Once this is done, go to Osprey Pro (in the footer) and click on sign in.
- Once you have filled in all of the mandatory fields, wait to receive a reply which will tell you whether your application has been accepted/approved.
- Once you have been notified that your Pro account has been approved, log in to your account to see your discounted prices.
Those without an email address may use a discount code on their website.

RNLI College
The RNLI is pleased to offer RNLI volunteers, as well as their family and friends, a 15% discount on rooms at the College.

RNLI clothing
Volunteers can purchase RNLI branded clothing from the Image Scotland Volunteer Portal. This is where you can buy any items using your personal debit or credit card (prices are subsidised).

RNLI Shop
All volunteers and staff can get 10% in our RNLI Shops, in-store and online.
You can get the discount if you have any of the following:
- an RNLI ID card
- a letter which shows you are a volunteer with the RNLI
- or you are wearing RNLI crew or lifeguard clothing (including station t-shirts).
- Just use the code: CREW10 at checkout for online discount.
Free Wills Service
Write or update your Will for free with the RNLI’s Free Wills Services – online, over the phone, or face-to-face. Find out more on our website.
Blue Light Card
Operational volunteers can also speak to their Area Operations Manager (AOM) to find out more about clothing and kit, and offers for first responders, such as the Blue Light Card.
