Your #OneCrew update with Peter Sparkes – May 2025
Ahead of the RNLI’s busiest season, learn more about our progress and plans.
Join me for May’s ‘One Crew’ update, filmed in Exmouth – a location that sets a great example of how our lifesavers truly work together, as one crew, to keep people safer all-round the UK, Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man.
We’re fortunate to have several Q&A opportunities over the coming weeks, beginning with the Regional Webinar series starting tomorrow and running through to 21 May, followed by the Staff Webinar on 22 May.
In light of this, the Q&A takes a slightly different format. We address a few specific questions and also explore recurring themes that have emerged across multiple queries.

Please see a reminder of the dates and times for the series of Regional Webinars running throughout May below. I sincerely look forward to joining you at each one.

Please sign-up for your regional webinar using the Eventbrite form (note, registration closes one hour ahead of each webinar). There is also a Staff Webinar, taking place on Wednesday 22 May at 1pm-2pm, during which the Executive Team will host a discussion for staff members from across the RNLI.
Regional Webinars and the Staff Webinar will be recorded if you can't make it on the day.
The RNLI Leadership Team is committed to listening to your feedback and ideas so do make the most of these updates and webinars to share your views. You can also email [email protected] with any questions you may have for me.
Thank you for all that you do, and I hope to see many of you on my travels around our regions or at the Support Centre in Poole over the coming months.
