The Executive Team, led by the Chief Executive, are the RNLI’s senior managers. The Chief Executive is responsible to the Trustees for the day-to-day running of the RNLI and the execution of the strategy and policies decided by the Trustee Committee.
Chief Information Officer Claire joined the RNLI from BP where she had been the Global Procurement Director.

Director of Fundraising, Marketing and Media
Ross is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer and joined the RNLI in 2022 as Head of Region (North and East), bringing with him a wealth of leadership and engineering experience. Ross is now the charity’s Engineering and Supply Director.

Leanna is a Master Mariner with over 25 years' experience in the maritime industry working both internationally and domestically. She is champion for the industry which she widely promotes as a career choice for all.
Chief Operating Officer and Director of Regions
Rob joined the RNLI in 2016, following 12 years in the police service. In 2021, the RNLI established a new Safety and Independent Assurance Directorate under Rob’s leadership, enabling the organisation to manage risks effectively and continue to deliver a safe and effective service.
